help with account please unixmad
I am posting this for one of my staff because all else has failed.
account:NovaNET paid by phone it was supposed to cost $8 for 1 month unlimited classic and only got 12 days of access and converted back to trial The bill from the phone company is for $52.91 email address is :[email protected] He has tried emailing Stefan,Unixmad and [email protected] and Nemesis has tried to contact Stefan. Please help this player. |

Just make sure when he emails Unixmad he has all the nessary info he will need to track it , it makes it alot faster that way. I will post what I mean by one of my email reciepts from PayPal. Amount: $39.00 Transaction ID: 7VC49830P60322252 Quantity: 1 Item/Product Name: graal2001 Milkdude99 account, order number 37692 Invoice ID: 37692 Make sure he sends the transaction ID and all related numbers I assume even with a phone transaction there will be some sort of ID numbers to track the transaction. |

I can not do anything to refund him since we don't manage the phone billing system...
The problem is when you call the phone billing system and your modem take a lot of time to connect, sometimes you can stay connected like 3 or 4 minutes without anything, but you still pay... Another problem is when someone disconnect (or is disconnected) before the end, the phone company still bill you... Then if someone do that like 5 time it can cost a lot. The best to do is to ask the phone company a refund. I will upgrade Novanet for a 1 year account and hope he will have good chance with the phone company to get refunded. Unix. Quote:
