I was online yesterday, as with any other day, and I came across this Graal1.39 server. Of course, curiosity got the best of me, so I went to the site (
sources unknown :P), and registered an account with these people, and downloaded their client. After downloading, while I was unzipping the huge 32MB file, I noticed some of the names that were showing up. I saw some "Era"s and some "Haro41"s and some "UnholyNations"s. I spoke with the operator of the server, and he told me that he didn't need permission from these sources, since he was paying his own money to run the server.
That is when I remembered seeing something that was supposedly written by Stefan
(I am not sure it was or wasn't him, as it was just posted on a random forum somewhere out in cyberspace) stating that gserver illegal to use now.
Not to mention, these little gserver owners are attempting to defeat the purpose of us p2players. GraalOnline is now meant to be a p2p MMORPG, correct? Well, with these 1.28/1.31/1.39 gserver users running around, aren't the payers getting somewhat ripped off by them? I am just wondering if these people are allowed to continue what they're doing.
