GFX Programs?

Whats the best, simple GFX Program I can buy, and what at price range would I find that/those programs?

i think theres enough "free"/shareware software on the internet so you don't have to buy anything . i would suggest paint shop prop or adobe photoshop depending what you are looking at doing.

I use MS paint for simple stuff. It has to at least be able to set transperencys and change the file format.

yeah MSpaint is free, and most people'll tell you that its the most leeto thing out there for pixel art. I agree.

Dunno about any buyable programs, since the mainstream ones are all expensive o_O

Hehe, yeah I try to fight for Impact whenever I can, since it's pretty unknown. The program at first glance just seems to be a shallow photo editor, but if you explore a little you will see it has enourmus power. I've had it for 5+ years and never got tired of it.
