GFX Programs?

Whats the best, simple GFX Program I can buy, and what at price range would I find that/those programs?

Thanks in advance.

i think theres enough "free"/shareware software on the internet so you don't have to buy anything :(. i would suggest paint shop prop or adobe photoshop depending what you are looking at doing.

PhotoImpact 7 or 8.

Simple? MSPaint, Gimp.
I'll have to try PhotoImpact, since Teshy seems keen on it.

I use MS paint for simple stuff. It has to at least be able to set transperencys and change the file format.

The Gimp, then.

Monkeyboy_McGee 05-07-2004 03:51 PM

yeah MSpaint is free, and most people'll tell you that its the most leeto thing out there for pixel art. I agree.

Dunno about any buyable programs, since the mainstream ones are all expensive o_O

Hehe, yeah I try to fight for Impact whenever I can, since it's pretty unknown. The program at first glance just seems to be a shallow photo editor, but if you explore a little you will see it has enourmus power. I've had it for 5+ years and never got tired of it.
