It seems as if i have choosen the two things to be that are the most faulty. Ive been telling people these ideas for a while, and just recently Stefan told me to post them here.
Theif.
Should get tons of Charm +
Extra speed

Stealing:
Possible shoplifting, I really really liked the idea that Legend of Zelda, DX, the one for gbc used, it was possible for theives to steal an item, but if they were caught, or came back after caught too soon, the shop owner was often a powerful wizard who blasted you. Now nobody can say *whiney tone* "Theives get too much good stuff!"
Also, stealing from players... you can steal things from a player, but this action turns peaceful off. and if the target notices your attempt they can slice and dice you. If you do sucessfully steal somthing, and you're hit 5 seconds after stealing an item you drop the item, and are badly hurt *lower level theives die*
this is where the ring of theives is nice, you can steal better stuff without being noticed.
oh, and another idea is: maybe theives can double click a person if they are near enough, and above that person's head is the word applied, just like opening a sack thats on the ground, then the thief would have to be quick and take somthing, higher value items get noticed more easily, if you dont have a high agility level.
finish invisability, and hiding.
Archer:
All that needs to be done here, is for better arrows to be made, and accuracy to be improved, the hitting/failing system is just way too picky with that. make the hit radius bigger... at least for the high level bows that only fletchers can make.. |
