Playerhouses

I think that playerhouses should be like "Pay rent for ____ # of weeks then you own it, I've been paying rent on PH14 for over a year now :-/ And I DID have a villa that Kamuii took but he explained that there was some corruption involved in one of the previous owners and hit was taken from HIM so I just don't care too much, but I would like to see no rent PH after a while, it gets annoying to sink all my money into rent
