I think that playerhouses should be like "Pay rent for ____ # of weeks then you own it, I've been paying rent on PH14 for over a year now :-/ And I DID have a villa that Kamuii took but he explained that there was some corruption involved in one of the previous owners and hit was taken from HIM so I just don't care too much, but I would like to see no rent PH after a while, it gets annoying to sink all my money into rent :(

No. Rent is what keeps the PH market moving.

paying rent for # of weeks like he said would also work maybe, since its the same amount of money, and you're out just as much as you would be in the longrun.

No, he meant only having to pay rent for, say, the first 6 months you own the house.

You can already pay rent in advance for weeks still to come.

Oh, I see, well I don't play 2k1much so I didn't know, but thanks for telling me that, that works better methinks, never should buy it totally, people might quit and others wont know, etc and the house is theirs forver

The Villa system is like that and they have a detection system.
