I just saw that before I started downloading the new Sound Blaster PCI 128 drivers, in the agreement.

Lol, one time my dad was fixing my old comp, and he forgot to unplug it or something, and he opened it up, and put a new video card in, and he got shocked. But it was kind of his own fault for "forgetting" to unplug it.

It's not that impossible given the right circumstances...

Like.. maybe if you were changing the soundcard while sitting in the bathtub and the PC still plugged in

That is true. not only that, static electricity can RUIN your video card and many other components of a PC, stay away from static!
