Graal stutters/doesn't play smooth

I've recently upgraded to Windows 7 and now Graal runs at a very stuttered pace. It's not exactly running slow(fps stays a consistent 20), it's just not smooth. All my other games run fine.

I've tried running it in compatibility mode, I've tried disabling visual themes, tried setting the affinity to 1 CPU... none of this seems to work. The Graal editor runs absolutely fine. OpenGL mode runs worse(12-15fps).

I have the most updated drivers for my graphics card. DXDIAG:

It's hard to explain. It runs perfectly fine for about 10 seconds and then you notice it's not very smooth. Like... every 5 steps you can tell there is a subtle... stutter. It's not even a fraction of a second, but it's very noticeable as it constantly happens as you run around.

Zeke_iPhoneGP is on a distinguished road
I believe it's the same problem I have too. I believe reading somewhere that it is a memory leak on the windows client. Try running it in fullscreen mode. That is what I've been doing. :P (I've only heard of the leak on windows though, it runs fine on my ubuntu linux, and I have no clue about the mac client)
