Animation Problem

Sooo, I have this animated weapon that looks lovely and all, however... We changed to a bigger, more universal, template for all weapons a while back. The problem with that, is that the animated weapon no longer fits the ganis due to having way inaccurate proportions.

So what I could use help with, if anyone could take on such a dreadful task, is to simply make the animation fit the new template.

If you move everything around once and record what you did with a photoshop action you could simply press a button to take care of each subsequent frame...

Did it manualy, faster than finding out how to do this with photoshop action I bet. 45 mins-ish.

its not the same

you have the nasty white background behind the electricty. That's waht I meant when I said it would take forever, as you would have to clean around it, or in dark colored areas the white looks off.

Immolate is on a distinguished road
Is the previous animation a 24bit PNG? If so, just resave as 24bit with transparency

Soala is a jewel in the roughSoala is a jewel in the rough
previous animation is 8bit
If I recall correctly it looked fine ingame for my newer version... meh.

EDIT: nevermind, it has the white in electricity and all my frames are 32bit. I'll save all frames again to 8bit. I'm glad I still have them all !

EDIT II: 8bit doesn't work out, there's a huge black square...
24 bit doesn't work at all either, the black square is a white square.
