Low Frame rate

WHenever i log in now adays it lags more then ive ever seen and it says im running at low frame rate. whatever i try to do to make it normal doesnt work. what do I do?!

Have you recently installed or downloaded anything new within the the last few weeks? If so what etc.
It's hard for us to help you fix a problem if you just say "My computer is running slow, what do I do?"

I di download Kazaa a while back. but i deleted it from my harddrive and did a cople deletions of unneeded stuff.

What are your specs?
OS, RAM, video card etc.

Did you download any .exe's from Kazaa, or install any new hardware recently?
