Low Frame rate
 

WHenever i log in now adays it lags more then ive ever seen and it says im running at low frame rate. whatever i try to do to make it normal doesnt work. what do I do?!

Does it happen just on GBM or all servers?

All the servers.:( i hate how slow it makes me

Try doing a disk defragmenter

Or stop running things in the background maybe. What am I saying.. I know nothing about computers.

GAH! ive tried everything. XD it just being lagging

Have you recently installed or downloaded anything new within the the last few weeks? If so what etc.
It's hard for us to help you fix a problem if you just say "My computer is running slow, what do I do?"

I di download Kazaa a while back. but i deleted it from my harddrive and did a cople deletions of unneeded stuff.

What are your specs?
OS, RAM, video card etc.

Did you download any .exe's from Kazaa, or install any new hardware recently?

I havnt downloaded any other then KAzaa desktop media thingy
