Non-gang members can't do damage in bases (melee,projectile,grenades,fire,etc);
Just tested this too, and it does the damage if whoever started the fire (thrown the napalm) is in a gang, it does damage.
This can be considered to be removed, though.

No clue why it was disabled, and since no one cared to leave a comment about it,
it has been re-enabled for the time being until an argument is brought forward to disable it.

4. Players are able to inflict damage after they die. This incredibly favours laggers..yesterday in ULMS this dude kept warping and people kept killing him with melee weapons (his lag was THAT bad), yet his bullets still managed to kill people after he died..and there were a lot of bullets. This is true in those laggy situations. I have added a check for the ping.
Here is what it currently is (in a way most people can understand)
if the attacker is dead:
- if the attackers ping >= 300, don't do damage
- if the attackers ping < 300 do damage

You can now get up to 150 hp if you are using a vitality potion.

Not sure this is going to happen. I really don't think stats of the guns should be a priority right now, as they are already quite balanced and easy to use for all. Of course, all players have their own opinion on this.

3. Gang bases. Take the staff blocks off from BH and move it to it's old location please (where avantgarde currently is, and where nobody ever raids). Raids are all at vortex atm (I've heard many negative opinions regarding the base), although it's a runner-friendly environment. Having BH close to unstick would help especially for raids involving smaller numbers of players, and you could still raid Vortex or any other base if you desire.

BH is still in proximity to unstick. With the release of the gang bonuses, I would have thought people would raid different bases because of the different bonuses... imo, the avant guard bonus or the BH bonus are the 2 best.

4. It would be nice to see some new hats since it's a while none have been released. The hats released should be old hats which no longer exist (nuada's fkn hat, blue/red juggernaut hats etc...) plus new hats, maybe obtained by a hat contest or something like that. I also think there should be a wide range of prices in new released hats, as well as rarity (i.e. 3-5 of each 50k hat, 10 of each 30k hat, 20 of each 20k hat and so on...).

Zach released a shop FULL of new hats around june-july (I think).
But hey, its almost halloween! So expect some new hats.

The spartan laser is rotated every other week with gang events. They deserve the gun and it really isn't that OP since the winner is the only gang to have it.

6. Barrels. Why have they been buffed? They do like 80damage and hit you even if you're quite far from them..it's only annoying and I honestly don't see who could enjoy it except if you like to camp barrels waiting for people to come in.

Should be good now, tested and only does 30dmg. The problem was that their was no time check between hits and the damage would just stack up (which makes sense, but degrades the gameplay).

7. We need deathstreaks rather than killstreaks, all killstreaks do is give an even greater disadvantage to the losing gang and motivate people to run in order to keep their killstreak alive. With useful deathsteaks the losing gang would keep on raiding for longer, instead of just quitting and ruining the fun for all the gangs.
