Nobody cares about raiding now, as you yourself have argued. When there were only 3 gangs, raiding was a big thing (did i mention events didn't deter that? if nothing else, they encouraged it), people cared about being in gangs. They actually meant something
A shop might change that, but I doubt it.
Gang activity is down, gang members *****ing is up. Leads me to think the current system is inherently broken.
The old system wasn't perfect, no. I had a lot of problems with it, personally. But it was better than this one.

the funny thing is that u guys were all so happy about the new gang system lmao..wemust remember to thank wil for making the guns slow/boring and fking up the gang system which only needed a couple of changes
