It is an ALTERNATIVE, not era's primary activity.
I thought that an ALTERNATIVE only occurred in the absence of the PRIMARY (whatever that may be).
Yet, your events are being hosted during every raid.
And 9/10, the losing gang just joins an event to avoid raiding... ending the raid.
