This is called a challenge. You do not like being new because you have nothing. The challenge is to get stuff.
You have only offered a process for deriving ideas of my own, I am still very happy to hear yours. But don't forget that I did not simply walk on GK one day and suddenly become staff - I had to play, and that was long before there were as many nice people as there are now. Things were much less "friendly" back then.
