Is it not kind of sort of just maybe part of the whole...point...of roleplaying to worry about the other kingdoms? Roleplaying kingdoms are not (usually) isolationist sort of things.
Plus, when one kingdom starts breaking the rules of roleplaying, it starts setting a
really bad precedent.
