Trouble

I can't get the tilesets to show up when I open Gonstruct. I can use the
pics1.png tileset ONLY when I open a level using that tileset. I tried setting it as the default tileset but it didn't...

It is in just the levels folder, do I need to put it in a subfolder? Could just restarting the GServer and NPC server fix it? If so, how do I do both of those.

I'm working to create the gmap for a server called Dev ParkHeights. I have followed every instruction I've found online and the only problem I'm having is it fails to let you warpto the gmap itself....
