New Macbook, Low framerates

It seems that whenever I encounter more than 10 or so people my framerate drops to a nearly unplayable level. I've tried disabling particles, lights, and weather. I'm not sure if this is something...

It really depends on what type of tree you're talking about and the age of that particular tree. That is what determines the width of the roots.
