I think the the Class guild is a good idea, except I don't know how it would work if you are in a kingdom. Maybe there shouldn't just be kingdoms, maybe other factions like Fighters Guild and Blade...

Current Quests System
The current quest system reminds me of the trading thingy on Zelda. You give a guy this, you get a item, you give another guy the item... There should be NPCs that give out quests like on classic....
