I'm guessing that it would have to be changed by spark, or some other high admin. Otherwise you'll end up with inappropriate icons.

BirdBirdP2P was constantly spamming in the message deal on 2k2. Although the server hasn't gone down yet. But if he keeps doing it, the server might go again.
