Why shouldn't we be allowed to go on a 1.39 server? If we have more fun doing that than going on Graal 2001 (which is boring) or Classic (which is laggy), why can't we go on the old classic levels...

I've seen Mankind23 speed hack multiple times. Same with Twiztid Juggaho. As far as Littlekings (Psychoflier) I've heard of him speed hacking, but never seen him do it.

No one with an AP under 40 allowed inside the kingdoms
Make every level inside no-pk...
