Wannabe Xanadus?
 

Recently it seems there is a huge amount of people saying themselves being a Xanadu (I am not one myself) and their kills are like 500 higher than their deaths and even some got deaths higher than kills and because they added the Xanadu name after their nick they give themselves a high level of superiority (spelling?). Some noobs were trying to say they were indeed Xanadu members and they could own me anytime but their stats suck. Is there someone giving them Xanadu title freely or they just add it like this to "showoff"?

I wonder if they know Xanadu is actually a place. "Hi, I'm PoJo Las Vegas"

Sadly there isn't a way from stopping someone from faking a tag unless it is a staff tag. Faking a tag is pretty pointless unless they are trying to anger the real Xanadus; the real Xanadus know they aren't real and everyone else really doesn't care because they most likely cannot fight. You should know though that stats don't make a difference as people have many accounts. Sorry and yeah that is pretty lame stuff. I saw someone faking Xanadu and they were clicking with a Chaingun.

This is why guilds are made. So the REAL guys can go on tag to show who they really are. Its one of the reasons i made (Were-Panda)

Not going to go into great detial of why, but the Guild is totally different from, "Xanadu". The guild is well... a guild, and are the Malorian Players. "Xanadu" in the name, is the family, the Zonian Xanadus.

ooo who care anything of the Xanadu anyhow lol its a group of players that played back when the game was first made and plp were getting to know 1 another and its just thier group showing the amount of time they worked on the game and how much they injoined the old zone..... what do i know ;) i started after the big boom lol but yea i personly can pown whne i get in ym groove lol

Believe me, as an Xanadu myself, i hate it when people put Xanadu in their name 'for fun', sure it's a recognised zone/mal guild which is full of quite a few oldbie Elites (and other newbs which i have no idea when and why they were added :\). I guess it doesn't really matter, we'll know if they're true Xanadu or not if you simply ask them to put their tag on (or look at the guild roster :p). Xanadu 4lyfe ^^

Well by looking at the Roster, and if you actually played Zone/Maloria a few years back, you can figure out who are the more Elite Xanadu's (disregarding rank completely as it's total bull**** that i'm still a Vet).

Guys the point is noobs will be noobs so if we all know who the real xanadu's are why are we even having this fight/conversation......:confused:

My point is that noobs add this to there name knowing alot of people knows Xanadu and they start wars and flame between people making the community less fun to live with. Ok I don't care they try to showoff and get owned, the fact is it creates lot of people thinking they are smart of having added Xanadu after their name thus they make themselves look imporatant/strong in the zone community and give them right to jerk around and say "fine swear at me I'll tell other members to hunt you!" and THIS kind of comments rreally get on people's nerves...

Well They Can Say Your Hunted But Then 5 Seconds Later When You Own Them They Cant Say Anything So I Really Dont Get Why You Guys Are crying about somthing so stuped we know there fake and i have fun hunting fake xanadus down :D so it atcully help the zone community thous making a game and then you wont see anyone wanted to be a xanadu anymore problem solved.

If I'm not mistaken that roster only shows the Malorian Xanadu's now, alot of Zonians quit after the whole dispute. Anyway, Rykuz is going mad recruiting everyone who applies. On a further note, maybe if someone could make contact with Ray things could be straightened out. ;)

Also as I think it was brought up in the past, it would be really nice if they could make Server Guilds on Zone. Someone could be the "Guild Admin" for Zone, people would PM him a application, with the names of the members, and BAM! Guilds would be appearing like Wild Fire, it might renew some of Zone's Rivilary, and also help people who don't know the CP, or have VIP anymore.(Also, out there, but can you still make Guilds now that VIP no longer exists?)

thats actually interesting.....possibly make another section of guild wars for them and guild leaders/top rank can challenge others?

Haven't spoken to ray in a very long time, perhaps if he becomes active in MalV3, Xanadu can be straightened out as in, Kick the noobs out, only 4 recruiters, Kenji, Ray, Head of Zone's Xanadu and Recruiter for Maloria's Xanadu's Instead of this stupid mess.

That would be great, but how about just a forum? Non xanadu's can only give plea's to join. Members can talk about whatever and maybie required to check/post atleast twice a week?

oh man, be laying off vergil for the errors of the grammer in histext, his not the fault of him but i am not bothered when it comes to being a good typist id rather make it so u are just in the right words for you to get the general jist and understand, its not his words are,like, hrd to understand. get over it :)
