Playerworld bought but it has not been activated yet
Recently 3 days ago I bought a playerworld and recieved 3 emails saying "Player World myplayerworld is READY" so I opened each email and inside of them I had all the information except for the username, so I ticketed the support staff to which I get It shows a payment of 0 dollar, and since it is double-checking the actual playerworld was not setup, but the email was sent. Can you check that you actually paid? well I have double checked my bank account and my paypal account it all states I have paided for this but when I go under www.graal.net it just says 0.00 instead of showing the payment is there a reason for this?
PS: the reason why I am putting this here is because I have gone 2 days without no answer on my ticket and I really would like to know why it says I have not paid for it when my bank tells me I have.. |
Hrmm when you log on graal.net you go to the my page tab. Then you will see something that has your playerworld on it and a trash can next to it click on the playerworld name. Then click the admin tab, then the billing link. Then click where it says. Your Order History click the button view. There it will say the status of the order, how much it was and all that good stuff. Go back to Billing then you see "Your Playerworlds" click the view button the click the link that says e-mail playerworld status. On this page it tells the status of the playerworld. Another thing to do is to go to the control panel.
http://www.graalonline.com/adminpanel/admin.php log in with the admin account and password. If you haven't received that yet. Do what i did make another Support Ticket eventually they will help you <3 there has been a lot of problems with graal lately so thats probably why it is taking so long |
I've checked the billing history on graal.net and it stating 0.00 even though my bank and my paypal are sayin 59.00 :S plus no username yet so I cant do anything with Admin-playerworld login

Well did you check your e-mail? When i told you to click e-mail playerworld status? If you didn't get anything from there, i'm not sure what to do. Umm Just try to get a hold of HoudiniMan he does playerworld stuff. Just forum pm him. And you will just have to wait for your support ticket to be replied. Sorry man. It sucks but don't worry it will get done. Like i said before a lot of things have been going on lately so thats why you probably haven't gotten any help yet.

When you go to graal.net and go to the billing page and you see Order history does it say Order No. # -> Complete -> $59.00?
or does it say Order No. # ->Pending -> $0.00? |
Order No. -> Complete $0.00

Well i am not 100% sure what to tell you. I guess you have to wait for globals to help you. It's a while since i have owned a server. Did you mark the support ticket right? Because if you didn't choose the right category they sometimes look over it. If you didn't pick Priority High and the Playerworld-Other category i would go change it. ;D

I don't think you can so just make a new one and make sure you set the priority to high and the category to Playerworld-Other. Then just Describe your problem.

I'm assuming you can use your paypal receipt/your billing information as a proof. Unfortunately, I also assume you will have to wait for a staff to get involved - likely someone at the level of Unix or Stefan.
