I am not quite done with the color jobe yet, give me some feedback please.
I used a few more colors than I would have liked to (16 in all), but over all for not pixeling in a while, I think it looks alright.

REMEMBER: FEEDBACK PLEASE!

I like the antlers, but the face is all muddied up, as is the body... It just looks like a big brown, or pink mass.

The colour variation on the parts are a bit bright compared to the base coloured.
Alot of pixel joint users, and myself, use 1 lighting colour, 1 base, 2 shadows, 1 line.

I think your colour of choice on the face really puts off the viewer. The placing of the detailing hatching is well placed, just too bright, or could do with a less bright colour to make it less...harsh? :)

Id recommend not using the same technique on the face and fur, as they are two different surfaces, and maybe the face area would be smoother and more round :)

Im trying hard to comment to help you, but i always look up to you :P
On the anchlers choose a light direction, and then remeber what shape they are, to decide the were about of the lights. If you read up, use the colours i recommended you to use, so it doesnt become over detailed.

Also, what's your pixeljoint username ^_^
Hope that lot helps a bit.
