I have decided to explain a few rules about account sharing as well as update everyone on accounts.

First off, my email is [email protected] or [email protected]. I do not have access to [email protected], so don't bother emailing your question there. I also will be checking the support desk, which is located at http://www.graalonline.com/support/graaldesk.php.

Because of recent issues with account frauds, I am no longer going to allow custom passwords, which are passwords that you choose. If you need to change your password, I will change your email and you can use www.graalonline.com. In order to change your email, you will need to email me with one of the following:
1) the email you used to register the account (you must still have access to this)
2) the paypal receipt
3) any information on the paypal receipt
If you have none of the above things, I most likely won't be able to help you.

If you want an account that is already in use, it is possible that I will restore that account for you. Ask me about the account and I will check to see if you can have it or not. Please note that I will not give out certain accounts such as "zol" or "PACHUKA". I also won't (currently) give out accounts with spaces or symbols in them.

If your account is hacked, email me as soon as you can or try and contact me in game. Remember, I cannot change your password for you just because you are on the account. This is because a hacker could easily go on your account and have me change the password. You will need one of the above three things. If a hacker hacks on your account on a server, I can reset it for you and unban you AFTER I fix your account. If you email me saying "someone hacked on my account on UN!" I will not unban you if I have not previously helped you against the hacker. I will have to reset you in order to get rid of the hacked items.

If you upgraded an account but your time was not added, I cannot help you. You need to email [email protected].

Although account sharing hasn't been enforced in the past, it is now100% illegal. Any type of account sharing, which includes giving out your password, two people using the same account on different servers, giving your account away, letting your friend help you on a quest by going on your account, or letting a friend try out a certain server (such as Graal Kingdoms) are illegal. Giving out your password to anyone will eventually get you in trouble. I will not be trying to catch people at this time because this is a new rule. If you currently are sharing an account with someone, please email me. I will only help you if you are the real owner (not the person who was given the account). I encourage managers of servers to find account names and email me of people who share accounts.

Also make sure if you do let someone upgrade your account, get the paypal receipt from them.

Another thing about account sharing, you cannot share the same account as your siblings. However, sharing with people that use the same computer as you cannot be proved so you most likely won't get in trouble.

Lyndzey, my VIP account (zell12) gets this message that I can only play on weekends. I never got this message before, just today... Why is that? :(

And if you didnt register for VIP in Jan, then the reason is that Stefan probably made VIP accounts to what VIP was, so you got some gold, but not 6 months, as they are giving away gold for nothing, when they could be making some money off it.

Paying $50 for a gold account (CAN Funds) is just stupid. I can get on bomymoon with my VIP anytime, and that is a gold server. So really, the only gold server is GraalKingdoms.

You pay$50 for a game that is mostly untested, and you can lose anything you get in minutes from bugs and then you wait 3 weeks for a restore, and you get half your stuff back, then you wait a month for the rest of your stuff, and withen that time frame, you lose more stuff before your even fully restored!

$50 is not something I want to play around with because I can buy alot with that money. Some big changes need to be made to the gold server (GK) such as having STAFF to answer your questions and RESTORE you.

It used to cost mr $20 before, like last year, price jumped up $30. This is outragous.

I mean maybe stefan knocked off all the free gold from VIP accounts, as while he is giving it free, he could instead just give VIP, without free gold, and people could subscribe to Gold too, and he would get more income for graal.

I signed up in January for 1 year VIP/Gold.

I understand. I remember Stefan and unixmad saying something to the extend of "Graal is still cheaper than most online games." Well Graal used to be free, and the players helped a lot more than they do now that it costs money. That helpdesk never solved any problems, and few of the staff help now. They're too busy chatting on RC and being *****s.

Don't get me wrong. There's a lot of great Graal staff. I just think it's horrid that you pay $50 for a game that barely works correctly.

I suggest you speak to unixmad,or go to the support desk.

Stefan told me that accounts with spaces are still allowed to be made. He even thought that the account creation on the site would allow you to support making those kinds or accounts. But you were probably told different so Ill leave it at that. I know it interfears with some script lines or something in the Guild System.

I just believe that paying $50 for a buggy server is stupid.

$50? What subscription plan costs $50 in CAN Funds,or US? All you have to do is try to enjoy more servers. You constrict yourself to just 1 server...I payed 40 for a year when 2-3 years ago before I knew about graal I was buying atleast 3 video games every 2-3 months which was like $39.99*3(games)= about 120.00

1 year of gold cost $50 CAN

Dude, if you complain so much about it being so outrageous then just dont play

They used to have a problem with the guild system. I think the guild system has been fixed, but I will not make any accounts that aren't able to be created at www.graalonline.com

What are you talking about? I never dropped any of my items. If I did, I gave them away because I was being nice. Androk is a good friend of mine.

And Jagen, I am just saying that $50 is just a little too much, that is a big increase from the old price. I can pay it, sure, but if I am then I expect some staff support when I am there. Unixmad said Tyhm will be leading an Administration team on GK. I hope he treats me fairly, as he is supposed to. -_-

I dont see why $50.00 is to much for you to pay. I can make $50 mowing 2-3 yards. Just do some work.

Unfortunately there isnt a rule for overposting, as long as you know it's a very cheap way to raise your posts, go right ahead and do so. I'm not stopping you.

Well what if AOL recognized your telephone number,or yourself from a competing company? They have the right to not tell you anything. I guess Tyhm is the same. But there must be a reason why he wont give you a restore.
