Too Dark,I Can't See Crap =p

Spark910 05-09-2002 12:35 AM

Not bad for first level!
Just try to add detail into grass and not just that ! Use Swamp cut away and swamp! Also if your making it Dark use hardly and NPC's as there always to birght! Finnaly go over parts of path generator where they come out all Straight!

NotoriousBLT 05-09-2002 12:39 AM

Yea pretty decent for your first outdoor level, keep practicing and you'll get better.

DiabloSK 05-09-2002 04:56 AM

try to avoid using path generator, but for ur first level, its really good

iniquitus 05-09-2002 05:34 AM

Show me something I can actualy see and I'll rate it. :rolleyes:

[edit]

its nice

i still dont know howto connect trees bc im dumb

i dont do forest levels :(

ancientphoenix 05-10-2002 02:52 AM

If you want them to like overlap the trunks, look for the tile on the left. Its pretty easy once you do it once. ^_^;;

hi they are easy bye :(

Hmm... It's good... Add more grass patches in that large plot of dirt, add some puddle water... make the path "bumply"... Hmm... add some cut swamp, cut bushes... remove some of the intact bushes as well, maybe add some rocks and rock dirt holes, add some mushrooms, but try to put the tiny 1-tile 'shrooms where they won't get in the way, cuz people can't see them very well and they run into them... hmmm... What else?... use some grass stones (the green ones), use some more varitey (sp) of detailing tiles, not just weeds, flowers, and bushes... @_@ Try those suggestions if you want... use all of them, or just some of them, or you could always flick me off and throw a beer bottle at my head X_X

ancientphoenix 05-10-2002 05:40 AM

<^>(^_^)<^> *throws beer bottle at head* Ok I'll try some of them. I know I gotta add detail to the path. Mushrooms I dun like...but mmkay. Water is annoying, but I'll add some anywho...
