Arrow Baddy NPC
 
Hello, I am creating a level online in which I need the Arrow shooting baddy. I would get the code from the NPC offline, but I somehow cant access the script window for that certain NPC. If you could leave it in the posts below, that would be great.

Baddies in previous versions have been hardcoded, so there's no NPC script for them. I suggest making your own.

To expand on this:

Things like signs, baddies, and chests are all not actually scripts, just special parts of the level format that the server or client interprets. They're actually part of the game client, not scripted, which makes them a bad choice to be used (first because they're effectively deprecated or not working, although I think Dusty disagrees that signs are; second because you have little control over them).

Place one in a level using the level editor and open the level with a text editor.

For some reason I was thinking you'd disputed that signs are effectively deprecated in the past. If not, never mind ^^.

They're just not flexible from a scripting position. As far as I know there is absolutely no way to gather sign data from the level from either serverside or clientside, so it's either default signs or completely customized signs from the ground up. If you could at least get sign data on the serverside you could work default signs(which are simple to use when designing levels) into a custom script, but you can't.
