Yes "use the support centre", That Helps Doesn't It!!!!!!? [/ENDSARCASM]

Try? People complain about moderators being too strict or abusive but can never really give any prove for that. So at the end it's just about fighting and bashing the mods, which cannot be allowed.
|
They always ignore my tickets for about 4 months and then close them.
But that might just be Bjorn since its about Graal Kingdoms. |

I'm still waiting for a response from you regarding GK Stefan... ;)

We have tried, but usually the tickets we submit are opened, then closed by the people they are concerning. Mods should not have access to tickets that concern them, neither should anyone else. This isnt an isolated issue and mods arent the only ones doing it (though its most obvious). by the way Chris rocks. |

Well I am quite sure that they don't close tickets which are directed to me or unixmad, although I have seen that the people complaining often don't really want that since they don't have any real prove. We will see.
|
I am all for Mods not having access to tickets that concern them. I would love to see how many tickets get made then that actually have a chance to be read.

Wow Stefan, you deleted my thread. Now I will have to go into the shadows and amass a organized revolt. ;(

Oh dude really, its been proved so many times by countless people. Just the threads that are showing the proof picked out get deleted BY the mods. I dont know why your going against use, YOUR customers. You should try and make changes to make us happy wtf? Without us players graals nothing. |

The ticket was sent, it was opened, a bad reply made, and closed. Unless im missing something, dosent this completely defeat the point of the SUPPORT center? nevermind apparently rufus posted it but im not changing my post |
The support center is useless for things like this.

Why do mods even have access to tickets? I mean how many of them actually play actively? Stefan, Unixmad and the PWA should have access but why mods?

If I had a job and I had this many complaints about me on a regular basis I would have been fired along time ago.
|
I personally don't get all this rebeling. This forum was created for the discussion of graal. There's a whole load of other forums which are quite nice for whatever you're trying to post.

I'm really sick of watching people being treated like crap by MODS and hoping that new players won't just turn right around when they see these forums. Talk about unwelcoming.

Guys my thread was mostly just a question about the access of the support center, Im glad it wasnt deleted, and to me is a step in the right direction at least. Walls of Text never did anything but look daunting. |
We don't make money with letting people harass other people, no matter if they are normal forum members or moderators. You can't believe that we would make more money if we allow such illegal things. This is just not the place to express personal feelings about moderators. If someone has a real problem then he/she can use the support center. That is simple to understand.

also I think that word offends me so please refrain from using it. |

We aren't asking you to allow illegal things. Read Googi's thread. Stop being lazy and ignoring the subject at hand. This is not a real problem? Forum moderators are causing real problems. |
