Whats the problem with Krakken being on RC, taking messages? Your saying that he cant be on and talk with his friends or take questions on it and help out generally... its just another median for witch he can do his job through and as for the AIM and ICQ comments, not everyone has ICQ and AIM and there are a lot of people that cant use either because of system conflicts. If Krakken or any admin is to be as efficient as possible then they should have all communication possibilities open for use or available use.
Saying that people only have RC to look good is an immature and puerile comment, RC is an advanced tool for staff members to do there job through and to make things more efficient.

That is what I DO do. I do go through each playerworld but in a slightly different way!

I go on each playerworld AT THE SAME TIME as my Graal2001 RC is open.

Why make such a big deal out of a thing like this? He took off his RC tag to send the message so why should it be bad? Even if he hadn't taken the tag off it doesn't hurt anyone, he was trying to help Zarnage. Whenever someone makes the smallest mistake everyone jumps on him.

I don't think he claimed to be the most intelligent person on Graal, but he does his job. I'll wager he's helped more people than he's hindered.

As for being limited to FAQ, I should inform you that he can script and design levels rather well, so his skills aren't as poor as you seem to make out.

There's no law against having friends who you dislike. As for the others, well, I have no counterargument because I don't know much about the situations. I do believe he has never set out to harm anybody, though. He's a good person.

Unintelligent? You could say ineffective or unskilled or something because those would essentially be opinions. But unintelligent? What do you know about Krakken's IQ?

Hiring professionals would be good, though. But costly. Me!=businessman, so I wouldn't know if it'd be best for Graal in general.
