Malinko is a PWA and have as all PWA's global RC, that doesn't means he have the power to ban someone on GK for scamming.
Graal Police have all the power they need to check accounts and to ban players. There is no Admin right that you need to help in the case of scamming.

Yes, and it can sometimes be difficult to get the NPC server restarted if it crashes late in the day.

True, but almost all bugs are fixed by Stefan (except NPC's like shop and escort event NPC's)

All globals are able to do that. We also want to hire another GP which was selected, but he dont get a grasp on his computer problems. If its not fixed very soon, we need to select a new candidate. But that not so easy to find the right person.

We need some low-level GPs who can just pillory but don't need RC or anything.

A few developers need to be hired to take some pressure off of Stefan, he doing almost everything right now.

Yea, even if Draenin comes back fine (Which I am sure he will) 1 GP for a whole time zone is not really enough. I understand its hard to find the right people though. I'm sure you'll make the right decision ^^

There is a new and good developer for graal coming very soon. I cannot tell more at the moment.
