account admin RC should just be invisible
they don't need them in game
they only need them to make accounts and fix accounts
you should not be able to PM them or see them and they should not be able to PM or see you in graal

But I help lots of people only through RC, like people that need a password change when the password changer isn't working, and e-mail changes if they change ISP, etc.

That is not strictly true. If I had not been in Graal many problems which I fixed today would have been left.

RC should only be for stefan and police chief, the ones who deal directly with player problems concerning other players or the game

I have fixed 4 broken passwords
Created 5 admin accounts and helped and explained to people what they should do to get their RC account.

Gameo, some people do not like to e-mail things. I always have all three open so I can get FULL feedback from graalians. This makes doing things for players much easier and more efficient

Me and Geovanie aren't good friends at all, I am only Assistant because Bear let me keep it when Olorin was removed. Geo hates me for some reason. He's pobably plotting for a reason to remove me but until then I can only do my best.

OK how are we doing a poor job? EVERYONE I dealed with today said they were happy with the service.

You did not HAVE to help him, by using your RC to mass. You CHOOSE to "help him". And if so many people pick on him, and then someone higher up tells everyone to leave him alone? Do you know what message that sends out? I'll let you know; weakness. I would have no respect for a person who hides behind a staff member and can not even fight his own battles. So Krakken, in turn your choosing to "help him" only shows his weakness.

we, the paying customers on graal2001 want to see as few RCs on as possible, as most of them are useless.

Yes but still, It was in the defence of someone. I felt the need to help him after he was recieving lots of distress.
