I don't have that much powers like the most people of you may think. Lance and Jagen had much more in their active time then I have now.
Just do clear one thing up. Lots of people think I can restore lost items, change accounts, or transfer stats. This is NOT true.

My eMails are checked every 15 minutes and I get all new ones displayed on my desktop. Forum PM's are checked by me at least twice a day.
It's easy to contact me you just have to do it and not wait for me to log on client somewhere.

This is definitely an old thread, but I feel that the problem should be addressed now as it was then.

After 6:00 PM EST, there are no staff members on Graal Kingdoms. If you have a problem after this time (as I did yesterday), there is no one that can help. Personally, I don't care if the Staff member is American, Canadian, or whatever, but I think that there needs to be at least a member of the Graal Police on past 6:00 PM EST, considering that this is the peak time for players, and also most scamming/illegal activity happens during these hours too.

I am usually on late at night, EST. However, you all should know my situation by now. Heh.

Yeah, that's my time period as well. I'll be hosting events during that time though, which is good because it's been devoid of that for quite some time (especially since Draenin's computer went on the fritz.)

I'm not trying to bash the responsibilities of Events Masters, I respect them for what they do, but there needs to be someone on that can take actions against scamming and other illegalities...

I agree, unfortuantely Sam can't be on 24/7. I don't think it would hurt to find a new Police with an opposite time zone as Sam.

I kinda agree with Brad...It is kind of hard to get your points across to non american staff... Its nothing about how smart we are. I have no doubt in my mind that bjorn and stefan are very capable and smart, but since English is not their first language and languages always change...things may come across differently than we interpret them. I've seen it done a few times myself =x

People would like an American Admin. Not just an American EM or Police who really have no power. That is not helpful. Im not talking about replacing anyone either im saying add an extra admin who is american with equal powers. Also Malinko may be american and at one point he may have had power on GK. But he wasn't familiar with much on GK so it was hard for him. We need someone who has played and knows the concept of items and everything else on GK. A non developer who mainly helps with players issues since Stefan does not have the time.
