explain to me how they are seperate...both are in the real world, and thus are affected by real world variables. If this forum was not hosted by GO, then I would consider it a seperate entity...but because it is hosted under the name GraalOnline...it is part of that entity and not outside that. Until Unixmad or Stefan post a message saying that the forums and Graal are seperate, then they should be considered 1 entity. Making them seperate would allow people to break rules and repeat. It would also allow people to evade being banned :D
And if bear gets paid, then that is fine and dandy. That obviously will mean that his performance will pick up..otherwise, he will be fired for lack of performance and of course, lose the pay. If you want the staff to be better and not "corrupt" then pay them, or find people that are willing and are devout, otherwise you set yourself up for disappointment.
The reoccuring problem I see is that people expect too much of volunteer staff. That is why there are so many problems.
