Why does anyone besides the owner need rights to change rc rights?! Explain this to me? Shouldn't the owner/manager be the one hiring staff and the staff the ones working not doing both, the manager should be doing some of the work too even though most dont...

Actually, no one owns any playerworld anymore if it's online on the Graal Online server. If your server is online, Graal Online official owns it, the payer and the creator just manages it, basicly.

"Owner" really doesn't pertain to a person owning Graal or it's actual property(graphics, levels, scripts etc), however, the "Owner" would have the option to shut it down or to hire/fire managers. It's like owning a store, you don't own the franchise but you do have the highest position at that store and make big decisions.

And I think the term "Owner" is there only to set the person who payed for the server appart from the person who manages it... I guess it's meant to make them feel special. XP

I do partially blame the new system for things like this. I mean, come on. People pay for a server, and then they get level 4 RC with no experience at all and no leadership skills what-so ever and you guys expect them to do a good job.

The managers and owners of today don't understand that RC rights arn't gifts. You don't give them out to people who are only working for more. That's the problem of today. Most of the workers work only to get more rights, and the managers let in.

You're supposed to give them the rights they need to do the job, no more. You don't give rights to a player because hes your friend, or because he/she promises you somthing. You have to have a set of rules for your staff, you can't just let them run loose. You need to develop the leadership skill that is needed and neccessary to do the job. Once you people learn this... problems like this wont happen so often.

Perhaps, but i dont think that is the case with this playerworld. I know some of the people who work/worked here... I belive Mystical/EmortalDragon was/is one of the owners or managers or something. I've worked with him before. He should know better... he's seen what can happen when people get rights they shouldn't.

On a sidenote. Caution if you intend to actually go on Operation Crisis. I did, then i was kidnapped by some staff, and brought to some odd room filled with people running around with staffboots.

Then when I left, all of my offline tiledefs were gone, and replaced with some other thing that completely messed everything up. I had to go back and add all of my offline tiledefs again -_-

Those bloody bastards!! First they steal graphic's then they mess put graals tiledef omfg!!
