Each kingdom should have some kind of speed shoes
an item that add power
and item that adds str
an item that adds wis or int
And Samurai's shoes definitely need their weapon class taken care of it hasn't already been done so

No. People don't join kingdoms to get the kingdom items here, I have never seen one person do that. They just trade for it after its released.
