I just wish you hadn't changed much, especially graphics from the old preview.

im glad your posts are getting shorter :-P
and i think he got it free, we have midis and they are awsome. aim me and i can give them to you

you don't see it, but the graphics change is the biggest change, the rest is pretty much the same.

about the clothes. we want to make it more RPis than, Setbody, setarms setlegs. so chill

jeeze lay off the music, if you want good music put in a cd or something. thats what i do

umm hey billy sethead!!!!!!!!!

My lord

If you have sethead why the hell not just finish it off?
and you can always make a tailor which I know theres one because I seen it on the mainland during ghost

A character wizard would do wonders in the end
Select your starting hair
the head you'll have forever (of course facelift would be option at a costly price during ingame)
basic start body designs
Stats
option story

that taylor, when you touch him he says "Tailor Skill Added" nothing else. no NPC no anything, nothing.

i think we plan to have character creation instead of sethead and stuff. but that would mean that if someone made a cool uber hella aswome head, only newer players could use it.

I had, and still have, hope for 2k2. But there is absolutely no point in playing. Stefan has a crazy idea of what he thinks is fun.

Hitting rocks, chopping trees, and crafting, just to make weapons that are useless, isn't my idea of "fun". It's like 2k1 with better graphics and more stuff to work for. There isn't anything of value on the server. Nothing you can be proud to have, because everyone can easily obtain anything that you have.

I don't care if this is alpha or the final release, it still stinks to me. The battle system is AWFUL with a capital A W F U L. Shields are pointless, blocking is pointless, attacking is pointless. You run up to someone and slash them with your sword and they lose like 4 HP that they gain back within 10 seconds. You try to block an attack and the person runs next to you and hits you from the side before you have a chance to dodge/block again. You shoot arrows at people that do minimal to no damage and you end up wasting arrows that you spent time crafting. Sorry if this sounds like me complaining, but by god, I have something to complain about. It's my honest review of the server, it's not like I have no prior knowledge of online games or rpg's, and I'm just badmouthing the server because I don't like it for personal reasons. Which so many people assume that is what I complain about it for.

2k2 Development team must have a lack of creativity.. there are about 5 million ways you can incorporate the player changing their head in a roleplaying style. You could have a magician transform your head or something, you could look in a mystical mirror and be able to change your face, you could buy a potion that changed your face. There is a ton of ways to do it, so pick one and start using your imagination. =P

I don't see how making it difficult to change clothes is good for roleplaying, because then you can't just make a character with certain clothes easily and use him.

The 2k2 team does seem to lack in creativity :\

ugh.

so maybe we do, kinda make things to realistic. well sorry, we spend more time trying to fix things that players complain about, not two or three forum cronies who never play.

Pir 06-12-2002 10:06 AM

i know what you will say:

OH I AM JUST WATING FOR IT TO BE CHANGED TO PLAY

Pir....you spend more time on the forums than 1/2 the people on Graal so shut up about people spending too much time here.

******ok is terrible.

There is NOTHING to do besides slashing monsters. NOTHING. There are no quests, there are no games, there is no content.

Leveling is slow and boring. There is no way to consider the strength of your enemy, so you have to look to HELP sites to see what you can even take on, and sometimes even that doesn't work.

The anime graphics are nice, but they don't blend in well with the blocky 3d terrain. The servers are also terrible. It gets to be that you sometimes have to wait 5 seconds before the server recieves your signal and moves you to the correct position, which can result in death.

Some classes are vastly more overpowered then others. Magicians can beat things down with only a minimal amount of effort, while battles between a swordsman and a baddy can take a very, long time and severely weaken the swordsmans HP count, causing him to have to break or spend up thousands of zenny on HP potions.

I didn't find ******ok enjoyable. It was a good timewaster, but nothing much beyond that.

God someone finally agrees with me on how crappy ******ok is.
