This is what I have so far. Wondering what else to add since the lower floor looks pretty empty and bare. Any ideas?

Start developing without asking the communities opinion every other day.

Making smaller inside levels if you don't want them to appear so bare, your tileset makes it pleasant enough to avoid having to put in unneeded detail.

Like fp4 said, you should maybe make the level smaller. Also adding a second bar could be good, since that staff entrance is kind of too small for a bar. Also maybe add some NPC´s which are sitting around being drunken.

Thanks. So maybe add a bigger bar, and shrink the level a little?

Yes maybe a second bar and a smaller level.

I asked callimic if he would come and help out with "cliffing" the outer part of the town on Lexia. It's working a treat and it's over half way done. I did make a cropped image of the town on the GMAP but it's 14.4 MB. The link can be found here.

The left side seems to be too much straight. On the right side (where I was working at) are some corners, which makes it (in my mind) look better. Maybe you should also do that.
