i have been play 2002 a while now and i still dont see my head!

Try /restart,or have someone send you the graphics, also you know you can only say /sethead # not sethead headname.png or whaever

Eh, last time I checked you didn't need coal... but you can get some from the mine, it should be at the pick on the minimap
