This thread is for the Players of Era, and is NOT directed to / or "Bashing" towards any "Staff Member" of any Personal issues.

I, as a 4/5 years Era player, am just wondering what YOUR Views are towards the current Staff Members,

What are there Positives?[somethings they should keep doing?]
What are there Negatives?[somethings they can look upon to changing?]

I have recently come to see that my voice does not make a difference to anyone, nor does it seem to matter.
Which is why I am here to listen to You and what is going though YOUR mind. [and possible for the current Staff to read there good's & bad's]

Once Again there is to be NO BASHING, or HARMFUL WORDs to or towards any fellow Staff or Players.

please keep the language clean, and just speak your mind.

These kind of threads have been allowed to exist in the past, and they never go anywhere. We all know your views of the Era staff team, but that's not the point.

If you have a complaint about a specific staff member, you can bring it up with the department head, Sales, or even the PWA if you feel (after contacting the appropriate Era staff member) that you weren't given the attention you needed, or were treated unfairly.

Sales has requested that I lock these kinds of threads and direct the posters toward him.

Additionally, Stefan has said in the past that he does not want the forums to be used to complain about staff members, and the moderation team will continue to enforce this as we have.
