Graal Startup DirectX Error

This is similar to the flash error someone else was having after closing graal but now when I open graal it gives me this over and over.

I recently downloaded darkfall online (I know its an MMO but it may be relative to my problem) and it has been patching so I wonder if that could affect it...I was on Graal earlier today, got off went to a party and when I got back on it gave me that message when I opened it

Try going fullscreen for a second.

I usually have it in full screen but it switched itself
out when I came back

This happens all the time especially when two games are running.

btw, you use vista. Does graal lag for you?

Graal doesn't lag for me, but It was only one game running, I ended up redoing direct x and restarting the PC now it works

Usually only happens when you're running another game with Graal...
