RC Font Spam

Requested file DroidSansFallback.ttf is larger than the maximum allowed file size (1048576)

We are getting spammed on RC with this message it's been a few months now? That and some Japan font. I've been told an "attempt" was made to fix this, but it's not fixed.

Is this on a server where special characters are currently desired?

If not you could disable them by using:

No, though I thought Era had an increased file size limit?

Not for all file types if I recall correctly.

These files are not located on Era, so this is probably the issue.

Haven't touched RC3 in a while but here's a version that will ignore messages that start with 'Requested file' so at least it'll be less annoying until it's actually fixed.

If you don't have RC3 you can get it here: http://fp4.ca/windows_rc3_beta.zip

Then just replace the exe with the one in the attached zip.

It is indeed related to the mainfiles/ directory.

/finddef *Sans* yields:
