I'm going to bump this rather than making a new thread.

We're still in need of artists -- badly. The few that I hired before didn't produce very much of anything. One did, but he's been away due to IRL issues lately, so I'm going to ask again for some help.

You should also know that we've changed the direction of the server. It will still involve modern warfare matches, but instead of strictly joining/creating games, the matches will tie in with the world, and how well you do in the matches will help you progress your player...We will also now have an overworld. I felt that this would better suit graal.

What we need:

::GATs::

• I have one person working on a really nice tileset, so hopefully he can finish that himself, but you may be asked to help.
• Interface work - we're going to need custom GUI bitmaps as well as other interfaces [message boxes, login menu, etc].
• Weapon sprites and props [level npcs i.e. doors, plants, etc]

::Gani Artists::

• You will primarily be working on weapon animations for now, but more will come later on.

We don't have a finished tileset so we don't need LATs, and we are pretty solid in the scripting department.

I know this is old, and most likely not worked on anymore/failed. However, I was think about a server like this would be fun a few days back. Do you have any screenshots of it and whatnot, just to see what would of been?

Not really. Most of the work was scripting (I learned most of what I know now because of this project). The biggest problem I ran into was having a bunch of people tell me how excited they were to work with me before I paid for the server, and then once I paid for the server they never followed through. Lesson learned.

Graphically, all I ever had was a few (terrible) place-holder graphics that I made myself.

Although, Sage did start some nice tiles for me that have since been posted in the free tiles thread.
