New Rule

alright,

Every week i have to deal with people telling me they got scammed or someones being bad, but always i get simular story from both sides
telling both that the other guy started it.
I cannot help see in people's mind so therefore im forced in a tight spot.
having to deal with something that i do not feel like dealing with.

So im asking all pirates ( and even globaly on gk ) to download a desktop recorder so when you feel like your in a thight spot, that you can record it.
and upload it for me to watch.

then i don't have to be in a pointless situation, and be able to deal with the problem right away.

you also could take screenshots, but a video says so much more.

pming me about you being screwed alone, is now out of the question.
i will not care any longer, it only makes me feel bad.

and recording things will help alot if your being scammed or any other thing thats not right, also giving our police force less to deal with.
they are not waiting for lack of evidence... so less mistakes.are being made.

so
Rule: Record your important trade's or anything that is not proper(screenshots?) on a video, or the governor wont deal with it.

You're lucky it's every week instead of the 50 I have to deal with a day!

However, it's best to take videos, so I totally agree with you.

Graal comes with a screen recorder, use 'alt + 6' to toggle it.

Graal video recording is nice but because you are only able to use uncompressed avi format the file size is way too big to do anything with

Virtual Dub is what you need.
you probaly could make it a flash file, i think those lower the size more.

just cut ur video when it happends and when its over, and remove the rest

Codecs those are important to.

you could use graal to record it, but i use hyper cam
downloads

hotkey makes the program turn on everytime i made a trade or droped something when i hold a button on my mouse.

and for the smart people i recommend Event Ghost to make things more automatic

I don't even use Windows for Graal so I wouldn't be able to use any of that software to begin with and the Graal recording feature is good apart from always saving as avi format but hopefully it might get fixed soon.

The "avi" files are anywhere from 200-1500 MB, so that's a bit of a problem

Otherwise, right on. There are some great sites for it.

Wow, must have been a long spar. The highest I've got from recording a spar is only around 2 Gigabytes.
