Tempus Sans ITC is the best font I ever saw I used it for almost everything since Graal came with it.
Does anybody know about its copyright situation?

Sure you have the right to request it, don't mean it's going to happen.

Requests can be denied, and I don't think it really needs to be closed, It's a normal poll, and it's not offending anyone.
