I think the polygons on the wing structure(the 'arms' going through the wings) could be better spent on the rest of the body, as I think the depth they portray could easily be pulled off with the right textures.

Well guess I'm done with the modeling part of the dragon now, might not show that I did much but I redid the wing and arm as I had messed it up on some places xD 1180 faces atm.
Gonna try to uv map it now

That's a nice one, you should add an additional poly above each eye so it's a little more rounded.

Are you going to texture him? Does he have a motion skeleton? You should work on that and animate him
