Upper Tier Cloaks

We already have some upper-tier cloaks now. And you'll be happy to know that, like all things good on this server, they're being hoarded by people who are loaded. Oh, and they're not craftable.

We have the cloaks but not nearly in the way Ed described. These cloaks out now were droppable rares (*rare - a term on Graal Kingoms that hints at an item being insanely hard to obtain and if aquired by John, item is considered extinct). I'd still like to see Ed's cloak idea put into practice.

Just because I have 2 of those cloaks doesn't mean they don't exist anymore. I'm just not willing to trade them yet. I'm not the only one with them either xD.

Honestly, I like this idea. It gives players a way to actually build resistances.

So your suggestion is that people should never own more than one rare item for over a week?
