A few of my levels :)

Here we go..
A while ago I got the urge to work with a more classic style, so I took a pics1.png edited it a little bit and started doing some levels.
Here's a few.. IF I get this to work.. haha

Tell me what you think, if you feel there is anything that would improve them please tell me
keep in mind I am going for a more "classic" look, but not blank and full of errors like it was back in the days

Oh and also, not all the levels are complete...
there we go, now for the levels..

I love some of the shapes you present in your levels and that desert path. Although you could definately improve them. Those trees in the first level don't really work imo... also in your last level the waterfalls would look better if they weren't perfectly inline but rather not so perfect. Also in the forest level, the puddles are poorly represented and would be better seperate to the grass lines.

Overall, well done. Can't wait to see some later work after you've perfected your style.

I really like what you presented, it reminds me of my old work as we share similar styles. I think you*have a lot of potential, keep at it.*

I think I would have to disagree with Tricxta, sorry, with a few things.

I think the trees in the first level work quite well. Its like a eery forest, with gloomy darkness.. and think it works well.

Water falls I could agree on, It would probably look a tad better putting them just off from each other.

Though the puddles with the grass I think work perfectly.. as personally I look at that as water seeping through the grass and running out to the dirt area. I think if you made it separate, it would look over detailed.

Awesome job, Zerxus! Love the style, and how you work it.

i like the first, third, and fourth. good job. some minor errors in the cliffing but fixing them would completely change the cliffs.

edit-just noticed, wtf is up with sweden and LATs?

Thanks a lot guys
as for the waterfalls i agree.
I made the cliffs first and then i wanted the waterfall there, i was to lazy to redo the cliffs.
is there any error in the cliffs that is not caused by the waterfall?
I used to do what i have seen people call wan cliffs. (Horrible).. so if there's anything point it out please
for the puddles in the sand i prefer to do it like this.
But as we say in Sweden "smaken är som baken, delad"
