I do my business at the casino, after an hour at the slot machines I come across the three hearts (jackpot) but I never recieved it, It said I lost and did the evil noise where you get 0$!

What the heck?!

I don't know, taking a look at these I think you can win on the bottom and upper row as well, and diagonal works too. The picture where the winning prize is 300$ is not mine however, I took it when Logababy recieved 300.

Everytime you get the 300 dollar win, you get 2 7's and either a pear or cherry, It doesn't make sense at all. And you can win on every row even diagonal.
