As a ganis artist, I 100% agree with you.
It's honestly a job that should only be solo'd unless when the server is actually making a 100% from scratch server.

Yeah but there are some people that just don't understand levels...they over detail them or they build things so they aren't in the same perspective and it can throw the whole game off...

Honestly...
Even with 1 GFX, 1 Scripter, 1 Levels, and one utility youre still going to get burned out.

My current situation is...I can crank out quality levels like its nothing...but if there's no content to script into them they are just fillers...I guess I better learn scripting
